  1. Post concussion syndrome.
  2. Epilepsy
  3. Cranial Nerve palsy
  4. Meningitis, etc.
  5. Carotico-cavernous aneurysm
  6. Edema and intracranial hematomas
GLASGOW OUTCOME SCORE
  1. Death
  2. Persistent vegetative state
  3. Severe disability
  4. Moderate disability
  5. Good outcome

For admission For skull xray> For CT Scan For referral to neurosurgical unit
